Dominique Toland
As an employee of First Capital Leasing since 2003, I have expertise in all departments of our organization. As Operations Manager, my primary focus is day-to-day operations including adjudicating new credit applications and overseeing the complete start-to-finish process of new opportunities. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time with my two children doing anything outdoors, especially in the sunshine. I also have a love for cooking, shopping, and hosting gatherings with my family and friends.
